At The Birdhouse Chick, we want you and your backyard birds to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the unused birdhouse or garden accessory in its original box, ensuring all padding and protective materials are included to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the box and ship it to our warehouse using a trackable shipping method of your choice.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item and confirms it is in new condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
